Not every boat in Komodo is built the same, and after three days on board you will feel the difference.

Most 3-day Komodo trips run on standard boats: narrow hulls, cabins packed into a windowless lower deck, bunk beds, and two or three shared bathrooms for the whole vessel. Superior boats improve on that with a private bathroom in some cabins, but the hull is the same width, the deck space per guest is the same, and you are still queuing for the shower.

This trip runs only on luxury-class phinisi. We operate a small fleet rather than a single boat, and every vessel in it is held to the same standard, so the things you actually notice on board do not change: every single cabin has its own ensuite bathroom, its own air conditioning, and a real sea-facing window. There is a wide open sundeck with proper loungers, an indoor air-conditioned dining salon for when the sun is high, and open walkways on both sides of the boat instead of a single squeeze-past corridor. Guest numbers are capped well below the deck capacity, so there is always somewhere to sit that is not someone else's shoulder.

Choose the cabin that fits you: a Superior cabin on the main deck, a larger Deluxe cabin on the upper deck with a wide sea-view window, or the Master cabin the largest on board, with a queen bed, panoramic windows and the most private position on the vessel.

Every fee is already included. Your Komodo National Park entrance ticket for all days, the ranger fee, harbour clearance and conservation fees are all paid before you board. You will not be asked for a single rupiah of cash during the entire three days — no collection at the park gate, no surprise on day two.

Across three days you will visit nine destinations. Kelor Island and Manjarite on the first afternoon, then the flying foxes of Kalong Island at sunset. Padar Island at sunrise on day two, followed by Pink Beach, a ranger-guided walk among the Komodo dragons, the Taka Makassar sandbank and snorkelling with manta rays at Manta Point. On the final morning, Siaba Island, where green turtles feed in the shallows.

A dedicated onboard chef cooks three full meals a day, with snacks, fruit, tea and coffee available throughout. Your English-speaking guide swims with you at every snorkel stop. Drone, camera and GoPro documentation of the trip is included and shared with you afterwards.

Hotel or airport pickup and drop-off in Labuan Bajo is included at both ends.
