*Sake toast, Yasaka steamed egg custard, assorted appetizers, Wagyu tartar, 2 kinds of Wagyu sushi,
-4 kinds of Houraku Assortment (Wagyu tongue, today's thick slice, thigh, and rare part),
-Steamed tail in an earthenware teapot, salad wrapped in yuba, 4 kinds of marinated beef (kainomi, halami, top loin, and tsurami)
-Meal (choice of: stone-grilled bibimbap, cold noodles, simmered beef with rice and soup)

2. Premium Kiyomizu Kaiseki （Includes a sake toast, a souvenir, and all-you-can-drink.）

-Sake toast, Yasaka steamed egg custard, assorted appetizers, 2 kinds of Wagyu sushi,
-4 kinds of Houraku Assortment (Mango tongue, fillet, sirloin, and rare part),
-Steamed tail in an earthenware teapot, salad wrapped in yuba, seared sirloin, wagyu harami and seasonal vegetables
