Learn how to make mochi and discover the cultural background of this beloved Japanese treat. Enjoy a highly interactive course that can be enjoyed by any age (minimum age to enter class is 4 years old).

In this 2-hour course, make and taste 5 kinds of mochi dishes made from scratch. Get a hands-on experience of touching mochi and shaping it into various desserts. At the end of the course, taste the mochi with hot or cold green tea. (Other fruit will be used in case strawberries are unavailable).

Receive a downloadable recipe so that you can repeat at home. This experience is gluten-free and a non-dairy option is available.
