Day 1: Mombasa to Tsavo West
Get picked up from your Mombasa hotel, port, or airport in the morning and drive to Tsavo West National Park. Arrive in time for lunch and a rest.
Go for a night game drive in the park.
Tsavo West offers some of the most magnificent game viewing in the world. Attractions include elephants, rhinos, hippos, lions, cheetahs, leopards, buffalos, and diverse plant and bird species. Later, enjoy dinner and overnight at Ziwani Camp.
Day 2: Mzima Springs and Return to Mombasa
Enjoy an early morning breakfast and then depart for a half-day game drive, visiting the famous Mzima Springs. Here, get a guided walking tour to see some hippos in the water and, if lucky, some crocodiles. Visit to the Maasai Village for a cultural immersion
Mzima Springs is the main source of fresh water supplying Mombasa city. It arises from underground water coming from Mount Kilimanjaro. Around noon, depart for Mombasa, with lunch along the way. Upon arrival in Mombasa, get dropped off at your hotel.
