- 3-star hotel in Pokhara (Hotel Majheri Resort or Hotel Lake Star) with breakfast, on twin/double sharing basis.
- Annapurna Conservation Area Permit (ACAP) and Special Restricted Area Permit for Upper Mustang.
- Round-trip flight between Kathmandu and Pokhara as per the itinerary.
- Private 4WD jeep transportation from Pokhara to Mustang and back
- Full-board meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) during the Mustang overland journey; best available teahouse/lodge accommodations on a twin-sharing basis, with heating facilities where available.
- Complimentary trekking map, duffel bag, sleeping bag, and T-shirt if required (sleeping bag and duffel bag refundable after trip).
- Experienced, English-speaking, government-licensed guide throughout the tour.
- Wages, meals, accommodations, insurance, and equipment for the guide and driver
- A Basic medical kit is carried by the guide during the tour.
NON INCLUSO
- Hotel stay in Kathmandu before or after the tour is not included.
- Airfare to and from Tribhuvan International Airport (Kathmandu).
- Visa fees upon arrival in Nepal (USD 30 for 15 days, USD 50 for 30 days, USD 125 for 90 days).
- Lunch and dinner while in Pokhara
- Additional hotel nights in Kathmandu or Pokhara due to early arrival, late departure.
- Mandatory comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, high-altitude evacuation
- Snacks, drinks, Wi-Fi, laundry, phone calls, and any personal purchases during the trip.
- Personal items such as hiking boots, jackets, poles, headlamps, and other equipment (can be rented or purchased in Kathmandu).
- TIPS: Gratuities for the guide, driver, and hotel staff (appreciated but not compulsory).
- Alcoholic drinks during meals and while on the tour.
- Additional costs resulting from weather conditions, road closures, political unrest, strikes, or natural calamities.
- Extra sightseeing or excursions not mentioned in the itinerary.
