Shall we start this trip?

From the outset, we have been talking about beauty, sensations, and love. Well, now you will see the postcard image of Alter do Chão that encompasses all these elements and much more: We will visit Ilha do Amor, sailing slowly along both sides of a beach that is very popular with most of the people who visit this region. On the way, you will see the native huts and our extensive beaches. From inside the boat, we will also see Morro da Piraoca, a geographic highlight that offers fantastic 360-degree views from the top.

Lago das Piranhas and Ponta do Curucu
We will continue on to see Lago das Piranhas (how scary!) with real piranhas of various sizes, stopping much further ahead at Ponta do Cururu, a traditional crossing point that is safe for a refreshing dip directly in the waters of the Tapajós River, in a stunning setting. Take the opportunity to capture these moments, because it's worth it before we reach the Jari Canal!

There's more, much more! Now, we arrive at the wonderful Ponta de Pedras, which has a unique visual quality, combining beauty and tranquility, where we can have lunch and rest on the beach before crossing the Tapajós River for our main attractions.

Here, our tour becomes an adventure for your senses… It's extraordinary to see the Jari Canal flooding our eyes with incredible landscapes, possibly alligators by the river (don't worry, they're very friendly!), iguanas climbing trees, dozens of parrots flying over our boat, and maybe even fish jumping out of the water. We will stop at (****)Mr. Ederval's property, where we will enjoy a private tour to observe monkeys and sloths and learn about the flora and fauna of the Jari Canal. We will continue a few more kilometers along the canal to watch the sunset in this wonderful natural paradise.
