Pick-up from your hotel 4:00 AM to 4:45 AM
We begin our tour in our tourist minivan from Cusco to Mollepata on a 2-hour drive, taking in beautiful landscapes: valleys, mountains, and the snow-capped peaks of the imposing Salkantay. In Mollepata, we stop to enjoy a delicious breakfast. Then we continue the tour by minivan to Challacancha or Soraypampa for 1 hour to start the hike on our own to your camp, to Laguna Humantay or Salkantay.

You will have free time to prepare for the start of the 4-day or 5-day Salkantay trek with a happy ending in Machu Picchu. This route is highly sought after by hiking enthusiasts, and many tourists decide to do this activity on their own due to the high cost of the tour agency package. For them, it is NECESSARY and mandatory to travel by vehicle from Cusco to Soraypampa, the starting point of the Salkantay trek.
