INFORMAZIONI IMPORTANTI
Admission ticket (QR code) will be sent to you a day before your selected spa visit date, via WhatsApp and/or Email.
For last-minute bookings (same-day visits), we will provide the ticket QR code within 1–2 hours from the moment we receive your booking.
Bringing personal food and beverages inside the spa is not allowed (there are restaurands and bars inside).
Children under 3 can enter to Galaxy area for free (no tickets needed).
Children under 14 years are allowed only in the Galaxy area, dedicated to families and must be accompanied by an adult.
For access to the spa center you are required to have with you swimwear, towels and clean flip flops (which can be rented on the spot as well).
Swimwear and flip-flops must be packed in your bag and cannot be worn upon arrival.
For infant/child/youth is required to have an ID/birth certificate for age verification
The provided tickets (QR codes) have to be presented at the spa reception and it will offer you acces to spa areas and duration according to your booking
