Begin your day with a hotel pickup and journey into the heart of Djerba to discover its unique culture, traditions, and local heritage. Your first stop is Guellala, the famous pottery village of Djerba. Discover the island’s traditional pottery craftsmanship and learn about techniques passed down through generations.

Continue to the Ghriba Synagogue, one of the oldest and most famous synagogues in North Africa. Discover this important cultural and religious site and learn more about the history of Djerba’s Jewish community.

Next, head to Djerbahood, the charming artistic district of Erriadh. Wander through its narrow streets and admire colorful murals and contemporary street art created by artists from Tunisia and around the world.

Your morning continues in Houmt Souk, the main town of Djerba. Explore its lively streets, traditional architecture, and local atmosphere, with some free time to discover the town at your own pace. At the end of the morning, return to your hotel and enjoy free time for lunch and relaxation.

At 3:00 PM, your driver will pick you up from your hotel to begin the second part of your Djerba adventure. Visit Borj El Kebir, the impressive historic fortress overlooking the sea and the old port of Houmt Souk. Built to protect the island from maritime attacks, this massive 15th-century fort offers a fascinating glimpse into Djerba’s military history and beautiful panoramic views over the Mediterranean.

From the fort, continue along Djerba’s wild and unspoiled coastline, away from the main tourist areas. Enjoy a scenic drive towards Sidi Jmour, one of the island’s most peaceful coastal spots, known for its traditional whitewashed mosque, sandy shores, and untouched surroundings. Stop near the picturesque Sidi Jmour Mosque for photos and take time to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

As the sun begins to set, get ready for the highlight of the day: a professional sunset photoshoot along the coast. Your photographer will capture beautiful moments against the golden light of the Djerba sunset, creating memorable photographs of your experience. After sunset, you will be comfortably driven back to your hotel.
