The first highlight is Zekreet village, home to the remains of an 18th-century beachside fort. After exploring the area, you’ll continue farther into the wilderness to reach Richard Serra’s renowned East-West/West-East artwork — four towering steel structures aligned across the desert plain, now one of Qatar’s most iconic outdoor installations.
