Opis

Learn Tai Chi, Qigong, or meditation at Mount Qingcheng with a local master. Choose from standing meditation, Baduanjin Qigong, or gentle Tai Chi forms, and enjoy a cup of tea at the end.
Tai Chi at Mount Qingcheng is taught by a senior Chen-style master:
- Direct indoor disciple of Grandmaster Chen Xiaowang
- 12th-generation Chen-style Tai Chi lineage holder
- 6th-duan ranked instructor under the Chinese Wushu Association

Your session begins by choosing one of three paths: standing meditation, Baduanjin Qigong, or gentle Tai Chi forms. With the guidance of a local senior master, practice slow, joint-friendly movements to steady your breath and clear your mind.

Choose standing meditation to settle your weight into your feet, slow your breath, and quiet your mind. Opt for Baduanjin Qigong, or "Eight Pieces of Brocade," to practice eight gentle stretches that rotate your shoulders, spine, and hips, often recommended for desk workers and older guests.

Alternatively, choose soft Tai Chi forms to follow a short sequence of circular steps, moving slowly enough to follow, soft enough for knees and backs.

Your master keeps it simple. Movements are low impact, done standing, with slow belly-breathing that gently massages the internal organs. Explanations stay practical: how to ease stiff necks, why slow steps help balance, how breath can soften travel stress. No belts, no kicks, no martial arts performance.

End your class with a cup of tea, leaving with a practice you can repeat on a balcony, in a park, or back home.
