One day. See three different sides of Shanghai.

First, go to Jade Buddha Temple. This temple is over 100 years old, in the busy city center. When you go inside, the noise outside goes away. You can see two jade Buddha statues from Myanmar, or quietly copy a sutra. You will feel peaceful.

Next, go to M50 Creative Park. This place used to be an old factory. Now it is an art area. You can see paintings and sculptures. It is modern and interesting.

Last, go to Zhujiajiao. This is an old water town with small rivers and old houses. You can take a boat ride, or walk on the small streets. You can try some local snacks. When it gets dark, the lanterns light up. It is very pretty.

In one day, you visit a temple, an art park, and a water town—you will see Shanghai's beauty in different ways.
