Travel from Paris to the D-Day landing sites of Normandy. Visit Utah Beach and the village of Sainte-Mère-Église with a guide by coach
Leave Paris behind for a full day in Normandy and discover the sites of the American airborne landings of 6 June 1944.

Depart at 8:00 AM from Place de l'Étoile and travel west through the Norman countryside. During the journey, your guide presents the historical background of Operation Overlord: the planning of the invasion, the night airdrop, and the mission to secure the roads inland from the coast.

Utah Beach — Walk the sand of the westernmost landing beach, where nearly 23,000 American troops came ashore. German fortifications remain visible in the dunes, offering a striking sense of the original defenses.

Sainte-Mère-Église — Visit the village famously liberated in the early hours of D-Day. A parachute effigy still hangs from the church tower, in tribute to a paratrooper caught on the steeple during the night drop.

All sites visited are open-air and freely accessible: this tour does not include any museum entry. A lunch break is scheduled in the area (lunch at your own expense).
