Boat service: May–December. Outside these dates, ticket may be exchanged for another attraction. The tour involves moderate walking; comfortable shoes are recommended. Weather can change quickly—dress appropriately and bring a light jacket. You may get wet on the Cruise to the Falls; ponchos are provided, but waterproof footwear is helpful. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early, and confirm your preferred language (English, French, or Spanish) in advance.
