Day 1: Mombasa/Diani/Malindi to Saltlick Lodge and Taita Hills

Begin with an early pickup from your hotel in Mombasa, Malindi, or Diani. Enjoy a scenic drive along the Mombasa-Nairobi highway, passing through the Kenyan countryside with views of the Taita Hills on the horizon.

Arrive at the Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary gate, where your safari guide will handle park entry fees and formalities. Begin your first game drive through the sanctuary, spotting a variety of wildlife in their natural habitat.

Head to the nearby Taita Hills Safari Resort and Spa for lunch. Check in and transfer to the iconic Salt Lick Safari Lodge. Settle into your unique room, which is elevated on stilts and offers fantastic views of the floodlit waterhole below.

Embark on an evening game drive in the sanctuary, then return to Salt Lick Lodge for a buffet dinner at the lodge restaurant. Spend the night at Salt Lick Safari Lodge.

Day 2: Saltlick Lodge to Ngutuni and Mombasa/Malindi/Diani return

Wake up for an early morning game drive, potentially catching the sunrise. Return to the lodge for breakfast and check out. Drive to Ngutuni Wildlife Conservancy.

Arrive at Ngutuni Lodge and have lunch. Go for a final game drive in Ngutuni before starting the drive back to your hotel. Arrive back at your hotel in the late afternoon.
