Opis

Experience a sound healing session with Himalayan singing bowls and Gongs in Kirtipur. Enjoy a traditional Nepali lunch at a local house and relax with a hotel pickup and drop-off.
Get picked up from your hotel and drive (30m) to a singing bowl therapeutic center. Meet your instructor and join a 1 and half hour sound healing session. Experience the soothing sounds of Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, and cymbals.

After the session, enjoy a cup of green tea and chat with your instructor at a quiet and tranquil place. Then, drive (10m) to a local house to taste an home made authentic Nepali lunch ( plain rice, dal soup, vegetables, spinach, pickles, and chicken optional).

After lunch, drive back to your hotel.
