Opis

A unique and engaging format that lets each participant authentically experience local life through a traditional cooking class with breathtaking views of Li Galli.
A unique format, designed to immerse participants in rural life through an authentic and engaging experience.
The goal is to create a deep bond between visitors and our family, sharing the roots and ancient traditions that set us apart. All in the beautiful setting of our garden, just outside Positano, overlooking Li Galli.

Experience program:

Guided tour of the estate: a journey through citrus groves, olive groves, vegetable gardens, and vineyards, with explanations about local cultivation and production. Participants will personally collect some of the ingredients to be used throughout the day.

Aperitif and tasting: a convivial moment with genuine products of our own production, including jams, extra virgin olive oil, cheeses, cold cuts, and other farm specialties.

Mozzarella demonstration: an opportunity to discover the artisanal process of making mozzarella, with the chance to watch and participate.

Cooking class: making fresh pasta from scratch and the traditional eggplant parmigiana, guided step by step.

Final tasting: sharing the dishes prepared in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere, accompanied by glasses of local wine selected according to the personal tastes of the participants and the combinations with the chosen condiments.

Tasting of artisanal liqueurs: like our limoncello and nocino, made with family recipes.

Final greetings and delivery of the certificate of participation, to conclude the experience with a special memory.
