Make the most of your port day with an electric bike shore excursion built around your visit. Ride beyond the port for island sights, coastal views and beach stops, then return to your ship
Your ship is only in St. Maarten for the day, so make those hours count. This e-bike shore excursion is designed with cruise visitors in mind, combining island sightseeing, open-air riding and selected stops while keeping the day centered around the time you have ashore.
Meet your Island Escape Rentals representative at the designated meeting location and get set up with your electric bike and helmet.
Before leaving, you will be shown the controls, learn how to use the electric assist and have time to make sure you feel comfortable on the bike. Once everyone is ready, head out and leave the immediate cruise area behind.
The route is planned to give you a look at St. Maarten beyond the port without turning your shore day into hours sitting inside a bus or van. The e-bike lets the travel between stops become part of the experience, with electric assistance available to make the ride easier.
This is a good choice if you want to see a different side of St. Maarten, take your photos, enjoy the island atmosphere and make your limited time ashore feel like an actual adventure before heading back toward your ship. Before booking, make sure the excursion timing works with your ship's schedule and follow the meeting instructions provided for your sailing day. Bring the essentials you would normally take ashore, including your phone and sun protection.
The idea is simple: spend less of your port day watching St. Maarten through glass and more of it outside.
