Learn the fundamentals of footvolley with hands-on instruction on the sand and jump straight into the game! Feel the energy of the sport, improve quickly, and enjoy an experience of pure connection and fun.

You'll be welcomed at the beach with a brief introduction to assess your level of knowledge, followed by a functional warm-up and mobility exercises on the sand to prepare your body for the movements of the sport.
The first part of the activity is dedicated to the practical lesson and fundamentals. In a dynamic and accessible way, you will learn and perfect the essential techniques of the sport:
Control and Command: Correct use of the chest and thighs to cushion the ball.
Passing and Receiving: Precision in using the feet and head to keep the rally going.
Attack and Positioning: Tactical movement on the court, reading the game, and attacking techniques (such as the classic drop shot or a targeted header).
In the second half of the experience, theory gives way to real practice in a game. You will be divided into pairs or foursomes to take part in friendly matches, putting into practice everything you have learned in a relaxed, highly sociable and mutually supportive environment.
