Experience the sensation of being in Space in a personalized way and travel through the Salar.
Day 1: Sunset + Starry Night at the Salar de Uyuni
On the first day we begin with pick-up at the terminal or airport and transfer to the hotel at the salt flat, in the morning and part of the afternoon free, then pick-up to begin the Sunset and Starry Night excursion at the Salar de Uyuni.
After reaching the privileged point, we will begin to appreciate the immensity of the Milky Way and we will be able to take photographs with a beautiful starry background.
Once the excursion is over, at approximately 10 pm, we will drop you off at the hotel at the Salar.
Note: The entire salt flat is very reflective and in the rainy season (from December to May), there is a small layer of water that gives it a mirror effect.
Our star excursions are normally carried out throughout the year, except on full moon days, since the brightness of the full moon obscures the stars and prevents them from being visible.
Day 2: Train Cemetery - Colchani - Incahuasi Island - Salar de Uyuni
We start with pick-up from Uyuni at the agreed time, then we will head to the train cemetery to see the old locomotives.
Then we will head to the community of Colchani (gateway to the Salar) where we will find rustic artisan workshops and the rustic table salt microprocessor.
Continuing with the expedition to the majestic Salar de Uyuni we will make stops to see salt extractions, salt eyes and the Playa Blanca salt hotel that currently only functions as a museum.
Afterwards we will visit the most popular island in the middle of the Salar, Incahuasi Island, where we will walk and see large expanses of cacti, marine rock fossils and spectacular 360° views from the viewpoint.
At the end of our excursion, we will return.
Day 3
On the third day we will transfer you to the bus station or the airport.
