Experience one of the most authentic cultural and spiritual expressions in Bahia: being an observer at a real Candomblé ceremony. In a traditional terreiro located in a humble and welcoming community, be received with respect and guided by a local expert who will explain, during the journey, the foundations of the religion, the Orixás worshipped, and the rituals you will witness.
More than a tour, this is a respectful immersion into an ancestral universe, where faith, music, dance, colors, and nature come together in a living expression of Afro-Brazilian spirituality. The ceremony is sacred, and all participants must follow conduct rules, such as absolute silence during the ritual, wearing appropriate clothing (light-colored and long clothes for both men and women), and no photo or video recording — permitted, only with the terreiro’s explicit authorization.
Enjoy shared transportation in an air-conditioned vehicle and a bilingual guide/instructor. A donation to the terreiro is also included.
