During your 1-hour session, you’ll receive a short training and safety briefing before diving into immersive single or multiplayer worlds. Your adventure starts and ends at 661 Yonge Street, Toronto, Ontario. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your start time for orientation. Players must be at least 8 years old (under 12 requires guardian supervision). Most glasses fit inside the headset, but contacts are recommended for larger frames.

Levelup Reality is located near the Yonge & Bloor intersection, right beside the Canada Post office. Look for the entrance at 661 Yonge Street, then head down the stairs to the lower level where you’ll see the Levelup Reality VR Arcade sign.
When you arrive, please check in at the front desk. Our VR guides will greet you, confirm your booking, and provide a quick safety and training briefing before you start your experience.
