Next, take a 4-kilometer walk along an ecological trail, passing by a natural pool. Adapt the physical activity to suit your energy level. After a refreshing swim in the river, continue through the forest until you reach a beautiful bamboo house.
Enjoy a delicious gourmet meal with live music (vegan and vegetarian option avaliable). After lunch, learn about guadua-bamboo architecture, why it’s called Colombia's natural steel, and its various uses.
