- 3 First part of the tasting: rum and chocolate 30 min Tasting of the first 4 Colombian rums. Pairing with different types of Colombian chocolate. Identification of aromas, flavors, and notes. 4 Second part of the tasting: rum, truffles, and local snacks 30 min Tasting of 4 additional rums.
- Pairing with artisanal truffles and typical Colombian fried snacks, fruits, or other items. Sensory exploration and guided dialogue about the flavors. 5 Interactive activity and closing 15–20 min Questions and answers with the host. Recommendations on how to enjoy and recognize a good rum.
