Experience a sound bath in Japan, a musical relaxation experience using harmonic instruments to calm the mind and body and bring you to a comfortable state.
Sound baths are performed all over the world as a tool to supplement yoga and meditation as a form of "sound healing."
Listen to the sound of a 432hz hand pan, 528hz gankdrum, crystal bowl, 432hz singing bowl, tynsha, didgeridoo, cosichaim, African shaiker, guitar, and ukulele.
Once finished, be guided through meditation. Then, after relaxing, be introduced to the wonderful hot springs and town nearby, and relax in the hot spring.
