At Quai de la Pêcherie, pass the bouquinistes market, Lyon's charming open-air secondhand book stalls, before reaching the Fresque des Lyonnais, the largest trompe-l'oeil mural in Europe depicting the most iconic figures in Lyon's history. Meet your guide at Place Bellecour, Lyon 2nd, under the equestrian statue of Louis XIV (the big horse), in the centre of the square. Your guide will be wearing a red backpack and will be easy to spot.
