Naxos: Private Fishing Boat Trip with Fresh Onboard Meal

1.Duration: The tour offers a minimum of five hours, with the option of extending to a full-day adventure for those looking to fully embrace the maritime lifestyle. We also offer multi-day trips for individuals, families or groups, up to 4 people and concept trips for special occasions.

2. Fishing Activities: The trip provides hands-on opportunities to engage in various traditional greek fishing techniques, such as jigging, longlining, deep fishing and net casting. Participants catch local species like sea bream, dentex, amberjack, mediterranian baraccuda, bonita, squid, tuna, swordfish, depending on the season. Whether you're an experienced angler or a beginner, we can schedule a special fishing tour for you.

3. Eating Onboard: A Catch & Cook Experience: One of the most rewarding parts of the experience is the opportunity to enjoy a meal with the fish you’ve just caught. Under the guidance of Captain Dimitris, guests will learn how to clean and cook their catch right on board. The fish will be prepared with simple, authentic Greek flavors, such as fresh lemon, oregano, olive oil, and sea salt that we collect ourselves. The meal will be accompanied by traditional side dishes, such as locally sourced vegetables, Naxian cheese, bottled wine and beverages creating a unique farm-to-table seafood dining experience.

4. Secluded Swimming Spots - Scenic Views & Relaxation: During the tour, the boat will anchor near some of the island’s more remote beaches and coves, allowing participants to swim in crystal-clear waters that are often inaccessible by land. The marine area we operate covers the islands of Naxos, Schinoussa, Iraklia, Keros, Daskalio and Antikeri, home to a diverse range of fish species. Between fishing activities, participants can unwind while soaking in the breathtaking views of Cyclades islands. This fishing tourism experience is ideal for small groups seeking an authentic and educational interaction with the sea, local traditions, and the islands natural beauty.

Participants will leave from this trip with a deeper understanding of the life and rhythm of Naxos’ fishing community.

Our meeting point is Panermos port which is the most wind protected port of Naxos, but this can be modified (with an extra charge depending on the distance).

Safety equipment: gps, life jacket, emergency flares

In the pricing we include: Captain, local guide, petrol, food (fresh fish), snacks, soft drinks, beer, bottled wine, fish finding electronics, fishing equipment, free dive equipment, SUP board. There are no extra charges for the client.
