Here, your check-in takes place in a smooth and friendly atmosphere, ensuring everything is ready for your journey. Please make a check-in at our guides, because the guests will receive a wristband.
To ensure a comfortable and stress-free boarding experience, we kindly recommend arriving at least 20 minutes prior to departure. No refunds or booking modifications are possible within 24 hours of departure.
Check - in ends 10 minutes before departure. As the vessel departs promptly at the scheduled time, we regret that late arrivals cannot be accommodated or refunded.

Where to meet?
The meeting point is Carl Lutz rkp- Dock 4. Please trust the physical DOCK 4 sign on the pier. Our guides will meet you there.
Please note that the exact boarding dock may vary depending on operational requirements and vessel availability. Boarding may take place at Dock 4, Dock 5, or Dock 9 (docks are very close to each other).
