If you do not have enough time to make a full 3-course menu with me, the now here is the opportunity: Join me and let’s make one of the most famous Hungarian dish and learn about local ingredients, Hungarian cuisine, custom, and everyday life.

2.5 hours, a delicious dish, Hungarian bites, cooking practice and tricks, common eating, interesting information about Hungary!

Schedule:

It includes:
- all ingredients, kitchen tools and equipments
- my help and guidance (I am a professional chef)
- one of the most famous Hungarian dish (from the beginning to the end we make this together)
- Hungarian bites during the cooking
- drinks
- private cosy studio apartment in the centre of Budapest
- all recipes and useful kitchen tips
- lot of stories about Hungarian customs, culture and history.

We will make one dish from the followings:
- Goulash soup (with beef meat, celery)
- Chicken paprikas with small dumplings (dairy, egg, flour)
- Stuffed cabbage (pork meat, dairy, egg)
- Savoury meat crepe a la Hortobagy style (dairy, egg, flour)

Please, let me know:
- if you are vegetarian
- if you need a special diet (gluten, lactose, nuts)
