Departing from Akureyri cruise terminal and admire the mountain and fjord views as you go. Our first stop is to Goðafoss Waterfall, an impressive crescent-shaped cascade. Admire the falls from several viewing platforms and perspectives. Goðafoss is also culturally significant - our expert guide will tell you how these falls have come to symbolise how Iceland left the norse gods behind. Check out the smaller Geitafoss waterfall, situated just a few hundred meters downstream.
After a fjord photo stop, arrive at the Forest Lagoon. Enjoy access to all the lagoon's pools, cold plunges, and saunas. Forest Lagoon provides a tranquil setting in which to relax and recharge, combining contemporary design with Iceland’s natural elements. While away a few hours in the geothermal infinity pool, enjoying spectacular mountain, fjord, and city views, before your shuttle bus drop you back to the harbour.
