The experience begins with a glass of Vermentino from eastern Liguria, followed by a glass of Pigato from the western Ligurian Riviera. These two distinctive white wines offer a simple and enjoyable journey from one side of Liguria to the other.
The wines are accompanied by a generous serving of traditional Genoese focaccia, fresh Genoese pesto, and Taggiasca olives. During the aperitivo, discover the traditions behind these local specialties and hear engaging stories about Ligurian wines, pesto, and the small local producers whose products are featured in the shop.
This is not a formal wine lesson or a cooking class. It is a relaxed and convivial experience, designed for wine lovers as well as guests with no previous wine knowledge.
