Wine tasting to choose and pay for on site: during the tasting, you'll have the opportunity to taste different wines, each with its own distinctive notes, paired with local food. Etna wines are known for their freshness, minerality, and aromatic complexity. Among the most famous are Etna Rosso, produced from Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio grapes, and Etna Bianco, mainly from Carricante and Catarratto grapes.
