Please arrive at the designated meeting point inside the Uffizi Gallery 5 to 15 minutes before the time indicated on your ticket for access to the Vasari Corridor. Follow the instructions provided on-site to enter the historic passageway connecting the Uffizi Gallery and the Pitti Palace. Due to the timed nature of the experience, re-entry to the Uffizi Gallery is not permitted after entering the Vasari Corridor. We recommend completing your visit to the gallery before accessing the corridor.

Before your visit, you must exchange your voucher for the official entry tickets at the designated meeting point. After the ticket validation, you will first enter the Uffizi Gallery to begin your visit.
This ticket is valid for one continuous, time-bound experience. Please note that access to the Vasari Corridor is granted at a specific scheduled time and must be followed strictly.
Guests are required to arrive at the designated meeting point inside the Uffizi Gallery 5 to 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Once the Vasari Corridor experience begins, re-entry to the Uffizi Gallery is not permitted.
The meeting point is at the City Florence Tours office located inside or near the Uffizi Gallery area in Florence city center. Customers should look for the official City Florence Tours sign at the entrance, where staff will be present to assist with voucher exchange and ticket collection.
Please arrive 5–15 minutes before your scheduled time. On-site staff wearing City Florence Tours identification will be available to welcome guests and provide instructions. Make sure to have your voucher (printed or digital) and a valid ID or passport ready for verification.
