Say ‘pasta la vista’ to an ordinary cooking class and join us for Spritz and Spaghetti, a pasta-making class with a tipsy twist. In our centrally located kitchen, you’ll meet your local chef who will share their expertise in making the tastiest pasta in Rome and mixing a perfect cocktail. You’ll start with a mixology demo to master the most loved drink in Italy: Aperol Spritz. Things will begin to get saucy as you make fettuccine from scratch, all while sipping on your spritz. Next, your chef will let you in on the secret to making authentic Roman recipes like cheesy cacio e pepe and creamy carbonara before stirring up a second cocktail— Hugo Spritz. Enjoy your homemade pasta while bonding with newfound friends. Cap off the meal with a final cocktail before continuing the night with your fellow travellers.
