Doge’s Palace Voucher
The voucher will be sent via WhatsApp and email 24 hours before the activity and must be exchanged at the ticket office for the final tickets (it is not valid for direct entry).
To use the audioguide, please download the app on your smartphone. Installation instructions will be sent the afternoon before the visit. Bring your own headphones or AirPods, fully charged.
St. Mark’s Basilica
Entry without the group is not permitted, even with an audioguide. Please meet our coordinator at the Clock Tower at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time. The coordinator will hold a blue “Doooing Experience” flag. Late arrivals are non-refundable.
Access includes a personal, non-refundable, non-transferable ticket issued in your name. Ticket values are €12 (Basilica only), €24 (Basilica + Terrace + San Marco Museum), or €36 (Basilica + Terrace + Museum + Pala d’Oro). The remaining price covers operations, platform fees, the audioguide, and a certified guide or escort.
There is no need to meet anyone in advance. The voucher you need to present will be delivered to your WhatsApp and email 24 hours before the activity starts.
