12:50 Meet at Tokyo Station Marunouchi North Exit. Hotel pickup available 12:30–13:30 for 2+ guests in select Tokyo wards (Shinjuku, Chiyoda, Chuo, Taito confirmed; others require confirmation).
13:00 Depart Tokyo.
14:50–16:00 Hitachi Seaside Park (70 min, free time). Enjoy seasonal flowers, Pacific Ocean views, a Ferris wheel, amusement rides, lawns, and barbecue areas.
16:20–20:00 Oarai Fireworks Festival (220 min, free time). Fireworks: 18:00–19:30 at Oarai Sun Beach. About 20,000 fireworks, including five-layer core fireworks and giant 2-shaku shells. Free viewing areas along the coast, breakwaters, and hills. Food market, live performances, and air acrobatics show. Paid seats can be purchased separately. Shuttle drops off near the venue; find your spot on foot.
20:00–22:00 Return to Tokyo. Tokyo Station drop-off or hotel drop-off for pickup guests.
