Learn about the 1,500-year history of sumo, its deep ties to Shinto ritual, the wrestler ranking system, and what daily life inside a sumo stable really looks like. The program is designed to teach, not just entertain, and is guided by a full English-language MC, so nothing gets lost in translation.
Watch live demonstration matches, step onto the ring yourself wearing a real mawashi, and try sumo firsthand. End the experience with photos alongside the wrestlers, on the very ring where they trained.
