This is an ice festival held at Lake Shikotsu, taking advantage of the frigid local climate. At night, colorful lights illuminate the sculptures, creating a dreamy, magical world. This half-day tour by bus allows you to enjoy the trip without worrying about winter road conditions.
Come admire the enchanting ice sculptures glowing under the lights! These sculptures are made from the crystal-clear waters of Lake Shikotsu and decorated with vibrant lights, presenting a mystical and dreamlike scene. It's also the perfect spot for taking photos, adding flair to your social media!
The ice sculptures, formed by spraying and freezing the lake water, come in various sizes and stand majestically in the area. At night, they are lit by colorful lights, creating a fantasy-like atmosphere. The main sculpture, a masterpiece crafted by about 10 people over two months, is breathtaking in both its scale and beauty when viewed up close.
