Q: Where are the lessons available?
A: Lessons are offered at major ski resorts in Central and Southwestern Hokkaido, such as Sapporo (including Kokusai), Otaru, Niseko, Rusutsu, Furano, and Tomamu (Hoshino Resort). Once you book, our customer support will contact you to confirm your chosen ski resort.
Q: Can I choose between skiing and snowboarding?
A: Yes, but each lesson must focus on one discipline. Mixed groups are not allowed.
Q: What is included in the lesson fee?
A: The fee covers the instructor’s lift ticket, meals, transportation, and teaching costs. It does not include your personal expenses like equipment rental, insurance, or lift tickets.
Q: How many people can join one coach?
A: The standard is 1–2 learners. Snowboard lessons allow up to 4, ski lessons up to 8, but all must be at a similar level.
Q: Do I need to bring my own equipment?
A: No, but equipment rental is not included. Please arrange skis/snowboards and gear beforehand. The instructor can help with checks, but this time counts toward the lesson.
Q: Is insurance required?
A: Yes, we strongly recommend purchasing insurance covering injury and medical costs. The company is not liable for accidents due to personal negligence or uncontrollable factors.

Group & Lesson: Standard lessons are 1-2 students/instructor. Larger groups (max 4 snowboard / 8 ski) require similar skill levels and the same discipline (ski or snowboard only).
Schedule: Half-day: 3hrs; Full-day: 5hrs teaching + 1hr break. Operating hours are 9:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
Equipment & Preparation: You MUST arrange your equipment (skis/snowboard, boots, helmet, etc.) rental BEFORE the lesson. For safety, wearing a helmet is mandatory.
Health & Safety: You must disclose any health conditions affecting skiing safety. The company may refuse service based on health concerns.
Liability: You must follow instructor guidance and resort rules. We are not liable for accidents from personal negligence or force majeure. Comprehensive insurance is strongly recommended.
Photo/Video: Instructors may take pictures/videos only if it is safe to do so, at their discretion.
