Upon arrival, start your walking tour at Dutch Square, famous for its red colonial buildings, clock tower, and historic surroundings. Continue to St. Paul’s Hill, where you can see the ruins of St. Paul’s Church and enjoy views over the city.
Walk down towards the Portuguese Cemetery and A Famosa Fort, two reminders of Melaka’s Portuguese era and its importance as a maritime trading port. The walking route is kept light and relaxed, with time for photos and basic sightseeing explanation.
