Take a half-day cooking lesson in Marrakesh and learn how to cook like a local. Gain confidence in the kitchen as you learn how to prepare authentic food and savor everything that is prepared in class
Following pikcup, we'll take a quick tour of a nearby local market to pick up vegetables and the other supplies we'll need for cooking.
When we go home afterward, we show you how to make Moroccan mint tea the old-fashioned manner. Naturally, we sip tea as we get to know one another.

The next phase is to begin cooking, when guests are taught new methods for chopping, peeling, and seasoning the tagines with the appropriate spices, just like our moms and grandparents do at home. Additionally, we typically prepare three to four distinct dishes so that you can learn more in a single class. As we cook, we'll have a thorough discussion about Moroccan cultures, traditions, and history.
In addition to learning how to use a variety of spices and prepare vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free food, travelers will collaborate as a team to create a variety of recipes.

Since you are on vacation, we are naturally not concerned with the clock; you feel like you are at home for the four hours that the cooking lesson lasts.

When class ends, it's time to sample and consume what you've prepared. Typically, we send out a link to our website in the evening, where you can discover the recipes for many more dishes in addition to those we create.
