South Valley, where we will observe unusual archaeological sites, such as Andahuaylillas, Tipón and Pikillaqta.
The main objective of this tour is the chapel of Andahuaylillas, which houses beautiful colonial works of art, from its gilded altars to its paintings and murals.
ITINERARY
We will start picking up passengers at their hotel between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. (hotel in the historic center of the city).
The first stop will be the archaeological site of Tipon, the most relevant example of Inca hydraulic engineering.
We will continue the trip visiting the archaeological complex of Pikillaqta, evidence of a great civilization such as the Wari.
Finally, to conclude in a memorable way, we will visit the temple of Andahuaylillas, where we can admire its impressive baroque style paintings decorated with gold leaf.
On the way back to the historic center, we will pass through Saylla, where we will enjoy the delicious flavors of chicharron, a typical dish made with pork meat (optional).
We will finish with the transfer back to your hotel.
