If you’ve selected hotel pickup, please wait in the lobby of your hotel. Your driver-guide will arrive with a sign that reads "2-Day Rwanda Cultural Tour" and will call your name upon arrival. Please be ready at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. If you have any concerns or need to contact the driver, the driver’s contact number will be provided in your booking confirmation.
