At around five hours of activity time in total, this combo is substantial enough to feel like a genuine adventure, while still leaving you with a free afternoon or evening to relax, explore Livingstone independently, or simply recover before your next activity.

The day begins with guided rhino tracking in Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park. Accompanied by an experienced ranger and an armed park scout for safety, you'll set out on foot and by vehicle in search of white rhino — one of Africa's most endangered species, and one of the most rewarding wildlife encounters in the Livingstone area. Because Mosi-oa-Tunya has no resident predators, this experience is calm, safe, and genuinely accessible to travellers of all ages, offering a close, unhurried encounter rather than a high-speed chase for sightings. This portion of the day takes around three hours.

After a break for lunch (at your cost), you'll transfer to Victoria Falls itself — known locally as Mosi-oa-Tunya, "The Smoke That Thunders" — for a guided tour from the Zambian viewpoints. As one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World, Victoria Falls needs little introduction, but experiencing it in person is something else entirely: the roar of falling water, the ever-present mist rising into the sky, and on clear days, rainbows arcing across the gorge. Your guide will walk you along the Zambian-side viewpoints, sharing insight into the geology, history, and cultural significance of the Falls as you go. This is a moderate walking tour lasting around ninety minutes to two hours, and depending on the season and water levels, you may find yourself walking through a light, cooling mist — part of what makes visiting the Falls such a memorable, sensory experience.
