As part of your visit, indulge in a tasting of three exceptional wines crafted by Podere Gagliassi, each offering a unique reflection of the region’s rich terroir, accompanied by grissini and hazelnuts.

To complete your experience, savor a traditional Piedmontese tasting menu at a nearby trattoria, Lostu, a restaurant by Michelin-starred chef Pasquale Laera of Borgo Sant'Anna, located just 7 minutes on foot. Delight in three appetizers, a classic main course, and a dessert. This blend of stunning scenery, superb wine, and authentic local cuisine ensures a truly unforgettable day.

*Please note that since the restaurant opens at 7:30 PM and the cellar tour, especially for smaller groups, lasts approximately 1.5 hours, it may not be possible to have dinner immediately following the tour. There might be a short waiting period before dinner. Thank you for your understanding.
