With Agostina, the founder of Sumay Cacao, as your guide, you'll dive into the ancient process of making this food: from the fresh fruit and its fermentation, to the gentle roasting, artisanal grinding, and the final preparation of the drink.
During the tasting, you'll get to try three varieties of pure cocoa from Peru and Ecuador, grown sustainably and made with respect for the communities that produce it. Each sample shows a different side - more fruity, more intense, softer - letting you appreciate the richness of American cocoa.
As a special treat, you'll get an extra drink as a gift to take home and keep exploring the different flavors of cocoa.
Throughout the experience, you'll learn the differences between pure cocoa and industrial chocolate, discover how to enjoy it in a healthy way, and find out about its natural benefits: stable energy, mental clarity, and a sense of well-being.
