A great way to experience Colombo city. You get the sketch memorable city scapes, while learning sketching techniques. A fun, relaxing activity. For any skill level. Give it a go. (material provided)
We meet at the iconic Independence Square, right in front of the big statue. We wil start with some basic sketching lessons. Then, off we go looking for the best angles to sketch. I will give you as much guidance as you need, very patiently. We will sketch at least two locations nearby.

We will learn some handy tips about framing, perspectives, line styles, materials, etc. I will share my sketching story, and how it helped me. We can have some great conversations while we sketch.

I enjoy my travels so much more since I started sketching while traveling. It allows me to rest, and observe features more deeply. I dont mind flight delays or long commutes either - I just get sketchin'. You might find the same.

It will be a nice, relaxing 3 hours, with new skills learnt.
I will be providing art supplies for your use, or you can bring your own.
