You will be Picked up from the Hotel at 5.30 - 6.30AM (depends on location) and heading to Pinnawala Elephant sanctuary. Witness elephants bath in the river. Thereafter proceed to Kandy and Visit to the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, a revered Buddhist temple in Kandy. Explore the royal palace complex, home to the sacred relic of the Buddha's tooth.
Stop for lunch at a restaurant with a viewpoint over Kandy. Stop at the Kandy View Point for panoramic views of the city. Capture the breathtaking scenery with your camera. After lunch, visit a gem factory and learn about its products and processes.
Next, visit the Royal Botanical Gardens in Peradeniya, renowned for its stunning collection of orchids. Stroll through the gardens, taking in the beauty of the Mahaweli River.
Continue to the Damro Labookellie Tea Centre and Tea Garden, where you'll learn about the tea-making process and sample some of Ceylon’s finest teas.
