Your guide will welcome you and you will enter an open-air kitchen located on a hilltop in this beautiful village, about 15 kilometers from Kandy city, allowing you to appreciate the surrounding greenery and get better ventilation while you cook. Start your cooking adventure by introducing fresh ingredients.

Immerse yourself in the local culture by following step-by-step instructions to create a delicious meal. Make traditional Sri Lankan dishes, such as milk rice, rice and curries, Idiappa and rotis.

Prepare your food on a banana leaf to brighten up your meal. Once your breakfast or lunch is ready, sit back to enjoy the fruits of your labor. Highlight the flavor and rustic feel of eating from a banana leaf like the locals.

Take your new cooking skills home to share with friends and family with recipes sent digitally after class.

You can drink alcohol and smoke cigarettes, there is a place for that, located in the same natural environment.
Transportation can be provided from Kandy.
You will receive a main meal, dessert, snacks, and drinks so you can do those activities.
You can stay at this location for any length of time after the program. There is no additional charge. Transportation can be provided to take you back to your accommodation.
If you want to drink alcohol and cigarettes, you must bring it from the city.
Inform the customer of the exact arrival time in advance. If you are requesting transportation from us, please provide details.
