Visit the Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts, a cultural institution in southern Taiwan. Located in the Gushan District of Kaohsiung City, the museum is situated northeast of Shoushan Mountain, with Zuoying District to the north, Sanmin District to the east, and the Love River flowing through the south.

Originally an area filled with ponds and wetlands known as Neiweipi Wetland, the site was transformed into the first public art museum in southern Taiwan. It has since become the most important center for art exhibitions and promotion in the region.

In 2017, the museum was restructured as a municipal professional cultural institution under the jurisdiction of the Kaohsiung City Government. It continues to cultivate local culture and collect works by Taiwanese artists. Each year, through events like the "Kaohsiung Awards" and "KS Kaohsiung Experimental Field," it supports emerging artists by showcasing their work.

In addition to curating themed exhibitions and artist research displays, the museum is dedicated to collaborating and exchanging with world-class museums. By introducing various large-scale international exhibitions, it provides the public with a wider and more diverse range of options for experiencing contemporary art.
